Lilitha aspires to gain extensive experience in the Western Cape before returning home to uplift and empower her community through expert aesthetic skincare.
Stellenbosch-based graduate Cameron Struthers completed her Advanced Diploma in Dermal Aesthetics (ADDA) in 2024 at the Isa Carstens Academy. During her second and third years, she served on the Student Representative Council and was honoured to be appointed Isa Carstens Chairlady in 2023. Passionate about advanced aesthetics, Cameron aspires to collaborate with doctors and surgeons to gain clinical experience in medical and surgical procedures. She also dreams of launching her own innovative skincare brand, rooted in ingredient expertise, thoughtful formulation, and elevated design.
Pretoria-based graduate Nompumelelo Mpshe completed her Advanced Diploma in Dermal Aesthetics in 2024 at the Isa Carstens Academy. Focused on building a sustainable, stable career, she is committed to deepening her clinical knowledge through continuous learning and hands-on experience with evolving aesthetic treatments and technologies. Nompumelelo’s long-term vision is to open and grow her own aesthetic clinic, create employment opportunities within the industry, and contribute to the training and development of future aesthetic professionals.
Based at the Stellenbosch campus, Andrea Nel completed her Advanced Diploma in Dermal Aesthetics in 2023 at the Isa Carstens Academy. During her third year, she served on the Student Representative Council, reflecting her leadership and commitment to her peers. Andrea is passionate about continuous learning in the fast-evolving aesthetics industry and aspires to collaborate with plastic surgeons and medical aesthetic doctors to deliver safe, advanced treatments that prioritise patient comfort, confidence, and exceptional clinical outcomes.
Pretoria-based graduate Semamole Langa completed her Advanced Diploma in Dermal Aesthetics in 2023 at the Isa Carstens Academy. In the short term, she aspires to work alongside medical aestheticians and dermatologists, gaining exposure to diverse clinical approaches and assisting in advanced procedures to deepen her understanding of skin conditions. Her long-term vision is to establish her own aesthetic clinic and brand, delivering advanced, technology-driven treatments that achieve realistic, effective, and trusted results.

Her passion for aesthetics began at a young age and has only deepened with time. She dreams of launching her own makeup and skincare line and travelling the world to gain diverse perspectives on the global aesthetics industry, blending creativity, science, and cultural insight into her future career.
Pretoria-based graduate Shamiso Mcube completed her Advanced Diploma in Dermal Aesthetics in 2025 at the Isa Carstens Academy. Serving as Vice Chair and Secretary of her third-year class, Shamiso comes from a family of academics and is both well-travelled and deeply intellectual. While her curiosity for cosmetic science and product development continues to grow, her true calling lies in academia. With multiple distinctions earned in her final year, she is driven to become a lecturer and mentor who inspires future generations.
