Graeme was instrumental in assisting Nerina to implement her vision by planning, recruiting, and developing the business you now see at the V&A Waterfront. The clinic scaled from 3 people in 2017 to 23 in 2021. Owing to the scale and complexity of the clinic, Graeme joined forces with Nerina on 1st August 2021 to run the business and provide a stable platform for female doctors (mothers) to be able to join the clinic and still have a family; “this way we don’t lose valuable doctors from the Medical sector.” He was instrumental in repositioning The Cosmetic Surgery Institute and advises the Board on strategic initiatives.
