Roxanne is our Aesthetic Couture Front Desk Client Engagement Specialist and deals with all front-of-house duties.

Roxanne spent 12 years in the Gulf Region as a support lead function role for one of the leading airlines in the Middle East. She continued to grow within the company in a senior role in the First-Class cabin where she acted as a brand and customer ambassador by demonstrating a positive and professional image while representing the company. She had the opportunity to work across various cultures and cross-functional teams and has gained a great deal of experience in building relationships.

Upon her return to South Africa in 2020, she pursued her passion for beauty and graduated from The Beauty Therapy Institute in 2022.  She was awarded Top Theory Student in 2021.

Roxanne is energetic, and committed and has a passion for aesthetics and customer experience. She enjoys addressing and resolving any challenges patients may encounter with compassion. She has a bubbly personality and always welcomes our patients warmly.
