WHY DO I CHOOSE THE NATURAL LIFT?

Similarly, the N-LIFT combines sophisticated Dermal Filler techniques to micro-sculpt the proportions of the face to restore youth and refine the facial profile, allowing light to naturally bounce off a beautifully sculpted and contoured face.
WHAT MAKES THE N-LIFT DIFFERENT FROM CONVENTIONAL FILLER?
The signature N-LIFT is a full-face approach using various techniques with the aim of achieving harmonious results using facial reshaping dermal filler injectables.
At Dr. Nerina Wilkinson + Associates we understand the importance of embracing the face as a whole. No area of the face exists in isolation, all are connected and can often be corrected indirectly through facial reshaping. Treating areas in isolation leads to exaggerated and aesthetically unattractive unnatural features. I am sure you have all seen a friend or colleague who just looks “weird” or “overdone” when (for example) too much filler has been injected into one particular area only and not in the supporting areas as well to achieve a natural and holistic lift.
Performing a full-face Dermal Filler sculpting procedure may require up to 10 vials of structural filler but every client we see will have a bespoke treatment plan in place.

HOW DO DERMAL FILLERS LIFT THE FACE?
Dermal Fillers are no longer just about “restoring volume”, they are about restoring:

- structural support
- facial definition
Foundation dermal filler boluses act like supporting pillars. When injected onto the bone, specific anchoring points are triggered that expand the SMAS (superficial muscular aponeurotic system). These lifting vectors improve sagging skin and indirectly correct distant areas to produce constant natural results.
During the N-LIFT we precisely place very small volumes of hyaluronic acid filler in multiple areas of the face to build deep structural support to shift the balance between the elevator and depressor muscles of the face.
Holistically the areas treated in the N-LIFT include:
- jawline tightening and definition
- defining and slimming the cheeks
- temple lifting
- chin augmentation
- midface reshaping
The overall stimulation of the lifting muscles of the face results in a holistic restoration of the ideal facial shape resulting in relaxation and natural rejuvenation of the face.
WHY DO YOU REQUIRE MULTIPLE VIALS FILLER WITH THE N-LIFT?
Many patients often ask if we can use only 2 vials (for example 2mls) of filler to achieve the N-Lift results. With them, we usually share this scenario:
Imagine you are building a house and you ask the builder to save money by using fewer bricks – it’s just not going to happen!
It is similar to facial dermal fillers; each area of the face requires a minimum amount of filler to achieve a noticeable result. This is called the active number in the technique that I use to inject fillers known as the MD codes (as mentioned above).
If we understand that the lips alone use 1ml of hyaluronic acid dermal filler then it is easy to understand the support required to lift the cheeks, temples, eyebrows, under eyes, lips, and chin jawline as a whole – more than a teaspoon (5mls / 5 vials of hyaluronic acid filler is therefore required for this procedure.
The bottom line is… With the N- Lift we can all wake up naturally beautiful!
